Queensland, Direct Freight Express, QCL Industrial Estate Darra, Brisbane. In 2004, national brand operator, Direct Freight Express, located its new Queensland head office and central warehouse in Citiprime's QCL industrial estate in Darra. 

Queensland, Star Track Express, QCL Industrial Estate Darra, Brisbane. This 1.2Ha office and warehouse facility was purpose-built in 2004 by Citiprime for Australia's leading courier company, Star Track Express. The facility adjoins their recently completed 25,000m² cross-dock loading warehouse, and is situated in the 17Ha QCL Industrial Estate in the Brisbane suburb of Darra. 

Queensland, Boisie Cascade, QCL Industrial Estate Darra, Brisbane. Citiprime completed a purpose-built 9,000m² headquarters and a state-of-the-art distribution centre for the US publicly listed multinational Boise Cascade. 

Citimark was the major shareholder of a group which purchased the 25ha former Mitsubishi Motors Australia's engine plant site in Lonsdale in Adelaide's southern suburbs.
