179 North Quay, Brisbane. A refurbishment of the previous Brisbane Magistrates Court, this 15 level building was transformed into A-grade office space with all floors fully leased upon completion in 2006. 

Centrelink Centre and Retail Site, Beenleigh, Brisbane. Citimark acquired a 7,300m² site at Beenleigh prominently located on the new Beenleigh ring road and adjacent to the Beenleigh Central bus/rail interchange.
