Victoria, Centro Somerville, Mornington Peninsula. Centro Somerville was developed by Citimark in 2007 and is located on the Mornington Peninsula, approximately 60km south of Melbourne. 

Mackay, Sydney Street Markets. Located on the former Mater Hospital site, Sydney Street Markets is the first project in the Mackay City Council's CBD revitalisation program. The $26m project includes a 3,200m² new format Coles supermarket, 21 specialty stores and 132 carparks. 

Townsville, Thuringowa Shopping Centre. Citimark onsold this site in 2007 having obtained Development Approval for a major 4,500m² shopping centre. 

Brisbane, Felix Retail, CBD. Citimark has retained the ground floor retail precinct of its multi-award winning, $95m, 42 storey, Felix residential development. 

Brisbane, Festival Towers Retail Precinct, CBD Citimark acquired the 1,027m² retail component of Devine Limited's residential highrise, Festival Towers, in 2006. 

Brisbane, Central Brunswick, Fortitude Valley. One of Brisbane's first urban renewal projects, Citimark completed the conversion of the former 2.7Ha Carlton and United Breweries site in the inner-city suburb of Fortitude Valley into a vibrant integrated residential, commercial and retail centre.

Brisbane, Toombul Retail and Showroom Development. This $4-million retail and showroom complex in the Brisbane suburb of Toombul was successful in attracting three major tenants each on 10 year leases at annual rentals that were highly competitive terms at the time.
