Niseko Mountain Village will be the first international, fully integrated retail and residential development in the region of Niseko. Positioned within close proximity to the ski lifts in the prime Hirafu Upper Village, Niseko Mountain Village offers unsurpassed mountain views, state of the art luxury apartments and Niseko's first expansive retail precinct.

More than 10,000 Australians are expected to visit the Niseko ski fields this season while the total international visitors to the region is growing by around 10% each year. Niseko is located in the south-west of Hokkaido which has one of the best ski locations in the world with reliable and deep powder snow (15m per season) and a long winter season (Dec-Apr).
