In April 2005, Citimark finalised the acquisition of its third Byron Bay project - Forest Glades.
Forest Glades is a partially completed 53-lot community title
subdivision located one kilometre from Tallow Beach and four
kilometres from the Byron town centre.
Citimark purchased the balance of the 35 residential lots. Local agency,
Byron Bay First National, has been appointed as the marketing
agent for the project.
