Awarded 2002 and 2004 UDIA Awards for Excellence,
Felix Apartments is a 42-storey CBD highrise residential
development comprising 253 units.
The development also includes six levels of
parking, ground floor retail precinct, lap pool, gym, residents
meeting room and bar.
The project was 94% sold in just 20 weeks following
its launch in July 2001. Completed in April 2004, all apartments
were sold and 100% tenanted (onsite management pool) within
six weeks of settlement. The ground floor retail component
was also 100% leased.
Resales in the development have achieved up
to 40% gain on the original price.
