Citimark commenced construction on this $30-million
exclusive beachside development in the northern New South
Wales coastal town of Byron Bay in January 2005.
Located on 2,800 m2 at Belongil Beach, the site
includes 27 luxurious beach-style villas and a restaurant and cafe.
Belongil Beach is a highly sought after location
due to its lush, secluded environment, great surf and pristine
coastline. Demand for new stock in the region has soared due
to the Byron Bay Shire Council's moratorium on development
approvals which has resulted in a significant undersupply
of units.
Stage 3 of the project was released shortly after completion. Only two beach villas remain for sale.
