The Dunes is a 30ha 71-lot eco-friendly residential community
in harmony with its surrounding environment.
The last
remaining beach-side site in the Northern Beaches area, it
has 1.75 kilometres of coastal frontage as well as one kilometre
of creek frontage.
Lots range from 450m² to 1,000m². The
project has been highly successful with Stages 1 and 2 sold
out within six weeks of each release and at a 20% premium
above other similar beachside projects.
The final stage comprised 11 premium beachfront allotments. Citimark is currently finalising plans for the balance 24Ha of beachfront land.
