Townsville Shopping Centre, Townsville
Citimark has obtained Development Approval for a major 4,500m2 shopping centre located in the city of Thuringowa. Located on the Bruce Highway, the centre is positioned 15 kilometres north of the Townsville CBD in the region's prime residential growth area.

Citimark acquired the 1,027m² retail component of Devine Limited's CBD residential highrise, Festival Towers.
