The last beachfront land at The Dunes on Blacks Beach, in Mackay's exclusive northern beaches, now has special house and land opportunities.

A master-planned seaside community with landscaped parkland and children's playground, The Dunes offers a family-friendly beachfront lifestyle only 15 minutes from Mackay's CBD.

Developer Citimark Properties has teamed up with local builder Laguna Homes (Mackay) to provide house designs for the final beachfront allotments, and is offering a choice of home designs at prices from $485,000 for house and land. The offer will run until August 31.

Each of the homes boast three or four bedrooms, two-car garages, two living areas, and patios or balconies to take advantage of the sea breezes, and are designed to fit in with the lush, natural bushland that surrounds the eco-friendly beachfront estate.

Buyers can also benefit from securing a multi-award winning builder who can commence construction immediately following required approvals.

With pristine Blacks Beach over the back fence, the beachfront allotments have enjoyed great success since their final release last month with half of the allotments now sold. PRDnationwide Mackay is marketing and selling the final release.

Citimark Sales and Marketing Manager Rhianne Chester said that Blacks Beach was considered an exclusive suburb and the new house and land deals were demonstrating how affordable living at The Dunes can be also.

"We are selling the final home sites, which are the prime beachfront allotments, at 2003 prices. land prices for the last remaining blocks range upwards from $294,250," Ms Chester said.

"At the Dunes, buyers can secure a beachfront allotment with a builder ready to start construction on one of the selected designs or a design of their choice immediately.

"Living at The Dunes means first having a design approved under the comprehensive building covenants, which aim to ensure the estate fits into the environment around it and that buyers not only maintain the value of their properties but also ensure a healthy future and lifestyle,"she said.

The company also completed an 81-allotment, $9 million Sanctuary estate, Rockhampton, in December 2005 which was sold out on completion.
