Citimark has lodged a Development Application for a mixed use multi-storey project located in the centre of the Tweed Heads Town Centre Precinct. Citimark has been working closely with the State Government appointed Tweed Heads CBD Task Force to develop a Masterplan for Tweed Heads to re-establish the Central Business District as the economic and cultural centre for the region.

Located on the Corner of Bay, Enid and Thompson St, the 5,451m² site sits at the west end of Bay Street - the entrance to the Tweed Heads CBD and particularly NSW. Citimark is seeking approval for a mixed use development consisting of 185 residential units and 15 commercial/retail units.
