Sales in Citimark's latest waterfront CBD project continue to do well with the project's initial pre-sales target achieved via a successful, five-month, closed pre-release program.

A public marketing campaign will commence once Citimark has finalised the building contract. EVOLUTION is a joint venture between Citimark and international investment bank, Babcock & Brown. Released in October last year, the $110-million, 37-level development is located on the corner of Tank Street and North Quay in Brisbane.
