Construction on Citimark's $30-million exclusive beachside development in Belongil Beach at Byron Bay commenced in January. With completion is expected in January 2006, 15 of the 27 villas have already been sold.

The East on Byron marketing campaign has been highly successful with Stage 1 sold out in eight weeks and only two villas remaining in the recently released Stage 2 (average price $1,050,000).
