Citimark recently settled a 7,300m² site at Beenleigh prominently located on the new Beenleigh ring road and adjacent to the Beenleigh Central bus/rail interchange.

Stage 1 of the development will be a 1,350m² state-of-the-art Centrelink facility which Citimark successfully bid for through a competitive Commonwealth Government tender. The builder is Spaceframe. The facility is expected to be operational in October this year.

Stage 2 will be a 1,500m² commercial and retail centre. Approximately 95 car parks will also be included in the development.
