    Record sales fuel new land release

    Limited land supply and recent announcements of major LNG projects has fuelled the sell-out of the first five stages in Citimark Properties', premier lakeside residential estate, Emmadale Gardens in Kirkwood. Such is demand that more than one-quarter of the next stage released only 2 weeks ago has already been sold.

    The latest release, The Reserve, comprises 39 homesites offering a mix of courtyard, traditional and elevated allotments ranging in price from $160,000 to $220,000. Land sizes range from 450m² to 2,300m² .

    The Lord Mayor, Campbell Newman has announced the first grant approved under the BCC's Sustainable Development Grants (Offices) Program for Citimark Properties' Synergy office building in the heart of Kelvin Grove Urban Village (KGUV).

    The Grant, for Retail/Commercial projects over XXXm2, was presented to award winning Brisbane property group Citimark Properties and clearly recognised the development's 5 Star Green Star (Design v2) rating and initiatives, architectural excellence, and contribution to the BCC's Living in Brisbane 2026 vision.
