Angus is a Director and 50% shareholder of Citimark. He has operated in the property industry for over 20 years and has primary responsibility for Citimark's residential development business.

Since founding Citimark, he has overseen the development of over 100 residential, industrial, retail and commercial projects in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. Angus cites the complex $155m urban renewal of the former 2.7ha Carlton and United Breweries site on the CBD fringe and the $95m 42-storey CBD apartment project, Felix as his most important projects to date.

Angus is a member of the Property Council of Australia and UDIA. He has been a Director of national AFL Club the Brisbane Lions since 1999 and is currently Deputy Chairman.

Robert is a Director and 50% shareholder of Citimark and heads the group's Commercial Business Division. In addition to his professional accounting career, he has been directly involved in the property development industry for over a decade.

A chartered accountant, Robert was previously a partner with accounting firm Douglas Heck and Burrell, specialising in property investment, taxation and corporate reorganisation. Following a career with the international accounting firm, Coopers & Lybrand, specialising in taxation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and public listings.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the International Young Presidents Organisation.

Robert is also a Non-Executive Director of Cromwell Corporation Limited and a member of the Property Council of Australia.

Bruce is a former Director of Citimark with more than 35 years of experience in the property industry as both a builder and property developer. He now acts as a member of Citimark's Advisory Board.

In addition to the $155-million Central Brunswick urban renewal project in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, Bruce has facilitated a number of landmark developments ranging from the Lakelands Golf Course development at Robina on the Gold Coast to major commercial office parks on Coronation Drive in the Brisbane inner-city suburb of Milton.

Bruce is experienced in all facets of industrial, commercial, retail and residential development and has particular expertise in industrial subdivision.

Philip has held senior management roles in publicly listed companies for 16 years with a focus on operations, acquisitions, growth and investment. He joined Citimark in 2006 to drive the company's Australian and international expansion.

His experience includes the General Manager Commercial role with Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AAC), undertaking restructuring of the business from a former subsidiary to a stand alone public entity. This encompassed group production systems, commercial services, acquisitions, investment, strategic alliances and sustainable business systems. Other senior positions held by Philip include General Manager of well known listed property developer, Ariadne Australia Limited (ARA), and Senior Manager with international accounting firm, KPMG.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Huw is a corporate finance professional with extensive international experience in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. As Citimark's Director of Finance, he is responsible for the group's financial operations, including corporate and project finance activities, investment strategies and risk management.

Prior to joining Citimark in Australia, Huw worked as a management consultant, providing corporate finance and strategic planning advice to financial and telecommunications companies in Australia and Asia.

Huw has 12 years of senior management experience in Corporate Finance, Business Development and Strategic Planning with two major international banks: Barclays Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. His most recent role with Barclays Bank was as London-based Head of Strategy and Planning (Africa), responsible for identifying and managing acquisitions and disposals in 12 countries. Prior to that he spent 10 years heading up market-leading Corporate Finance businesses.

Huw holds degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Peter joined Citimark in December 1998. He has extensive expertise in all facets of project management including feasibility, design, authority approval, cost planning, documentation and construction.

Peter previously worked with leading construction and development companies, including Lend Lease (12 years) and Civil & Civic and Project Leaders Australia. He has been responsible for the project management of many award winning developments including Citimark's $95-million, 42-storey, multi-award winning Felix Apartments.

Other award winning projects managed by Peter include the Brisbane CBD Riverside Centre, the restoration of Brisbane Customs House and the University of Queensland's Steele Lecture Theatre refurbishment. During his career, Peter has worked in Sydney, Brisbane, Singapore and Malaysia.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and is a Registered Builder.

Angus has over 20 years property development, construction and general management experience. As a Citimark Development Director he is responsible for the company's expansion into Victoria and is currently overseeing the development of Citimark's 5ha sub regional shopping centre in Somerville, Victoria.

Angus has managed a wide variety of development projects. For the last 10 years he has provided development management services to a number of well known developers in Queensland including Meridien Developments, Stockwell and Heritage Pacific as well as running his own development company focusing on multi-unit dwellings in the inner city suburbs of Brisbane.

Other senior positions held by Angus include Financial Advisor to the Max Christmas Real Estate Group on a major corporate restructuring and General Manager of Weathered Howe & Associates (Structural /Civil Engineers) where he managed the expansion of the company into South East Asia.

Angus holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Property Council of Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

An experienced property agent and developer in his own right, Warren drives the company's commercial development division responsible for the identification and development of major commercial and retail projects.

Warren has more than 18 years of experience in the property industry having held senior positions as Director of Commercial Projects for both PRD and CB Richard Ellis prior to establishing his own development company, Queensland Property Corporation, in 1998. While running his own company, Warren also consulted to managed investment fund, Property Funds Australia.

Warren holds a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Valuation) from the University of Queensland. He is a member of the Property Council of Australia's Planning and Development Committee; the Professional Board of the Australian Property Institute; and is a past Vice President of the Property Sales Association of Queensland.

Geoff joined Citimark in 2006 to expand the company's land sub-division activities. He is responsible for the leadership and management of the planning, marketing, development and sales teams on new residential subdivisions and master planned projects.

Geoff has developed and managed master planned communities with residential and commercial components for over 15 years for both major public and private companies including Stockland, Lensworth, Ray Group and Delfin Lend Lease.

Prior to joining Citimark, he was the Project Director for Stockland's award winning, 1,000ha, master-planned community, North Lakes in Brisbane. Other major projects for which Geoff has been responsible include Glemore Park in Western Sydney and Kawana Waters on the Sunshine Coast, Qld.

Geoff holds Master of Built Environment and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. He is a member of the Property Council of Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Megan joined Citimark in 2001 to oversee the creation and management of the sales and marketing function for both Citimark and the residential and commercial projects it undertakes internationally and throughout Australia. She manages a team of four and is responsible for successfully managing the product development; branding; marketing and sales programs; media relations; client relationship management; financier and board reporting; and sales agency relationships for AUS$1 billion in projects to date. She also plays an integral role in the research, feasibility, project management and financing processes.

Her first project marketing campaign for the $95 million CBD highrise — FELIX Apartments — won the Qld UDIA Award for Marketing Excellence in 2002.

Megan has 20 years marketing expertise and prior to joining Citimark, held senior positions with companies in the legal and finance industries. Previous positions include National Client Relationship Manager with international law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques responsible for overseeing major construction and energy clients as well as significant involvement in the firm's Asian expansion. Prior to Mallesons, Megan spent approx four years each as the Marketing Manager for McCullough Robertson Solicitors and the Queensland Teachers' Credit Union.

She has a Bachelor of Business from QUT. She is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and the UDIA's Women in Development Group.

Brian has over 25 years experience in senior finance roles across a vast number of fields — from mining, transport, and agriculture to merchant banking and life assurance.

Strategically focussed with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, Brian brings a valuable skill-set to Citimark. Brian heads up the Accounting Department at Citimark and is responsible for a team of five.

Brian is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree in Australian Income Tax and Aspects of Company Law. Brian is also a Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Zimbabwe Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Peter has held senior management positions for leading Australian and international construction and development companies. For over 25 years he has had extensive experience in strategic analysis and growth of start-up operations with companies such as Fletcher Constructions, Multiplex and Pradella Group.

While overseas, Peter managed the South East Asian operations of Fletcher Construction achieving significant growth in residential, retail and institutional markets through strategic partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions before moving to the West Pacific to lead the positioning and growth of Fletcher Pacific Constructions in the developing island nations.

Since returning to Australia in 1998, Peter has been responsible for the development management of several landmark developments, including the Imax Theatre at Southbank, Radisson Hotel, Riparian Plaza, Allegro Apartments and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Peter was also heavily involved in the launch of the Multiplex Living residential branding.

Peter is responsible for overseeing the project management and development of Citimark's portfolio.

Peter is a member of the Australian Institute of Builders.

Stuart is Citimark's Victorian based Development Manager. He brings leading-edge experience to the team having worked with national developer Coffey Projects, in master planning and project management of high net worth developments.

Working together with Citimark's Victorian Development Director Angus MacLachlan, Stuart is responsible for project management of new and existing commercial and retail developments throughout Victoria, NSW and Tasmania. Stuart's portfolio currently includes a 5ha shopping centre on the Mornington Peninsula in Somerville and a mixed use project on Launceston's iconic former CH Smith site.

Stuart has a Bachelor of Commerce and is completing a Master of Property and Construction.

Rhianne has five years legal and property marketing experience. At Citimark, she is responsible for the sales and marketing function and market research programs for both Citimark and the residential projects it undertakes. Major projects she has been involved in include the $30m highrise project, Terrace on Gregory in Bowen Hills, Brisbane; The Sanctuary residential sub-division in Rockhampton which was the fastest selling residential sub-division in the history of the region; and more recently the $120m riverfront highrise project, Evolution in the Brisbane CBD.

Prior to joining Citimark, Rhianne was a marketing consultant with a specialist property law firm, responsible for overseeing the expansion of several business units as well as significantly involved in developing and streamlining the firm's conveyancing practice.

Rhianne has pursued post-graduate qualifications in digital marketing and has a Bachelor of Communication (Hons) from Bond University.

Rhianne is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and the Urban Development Institute of Australia's Women in Development Group.
