Citimark’s Board of Directors and Senior Management Team collectively have decades of experience in the property sector and are well-regarded within the business community.

Angus Johnson

Managing Director

Angus JohnsonAngus is a Director and 50% shareholder of Citimark. He has operated in the property industry for over 25 years and has primary responsibility for Citimark's residential development business.

Since founding Citimark, he has overseen the development of over 100 residential, industrial, retail and commercial projects in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. Angus cites the complex $155m urban renewal of the former 2.7ha Carlton and United Breweries site on the CBD fringe and the $120m 37-storey CBD riverfront apartment project, EVOLUTION as his most important projects to date.

Angus is a member of the Property Council of Australia and UDIA. He has been a Director of national AFL Club the Brisbane Lions since 1999 and is currently Chairman.

Robert Pullar

Managing Director

Angus JohnsonRobert is a Director and 50% shareholder of Citimark and heads the group's Commercial Business Division. In addition to his professional accounting career, he has been directly involved in the property development industry for over 15 years.

A chartered accountant, Robert was previously a partner with accounting firm Douglas Heck and Burrell, specialising in property investment, taxation and corporate reorganisation. This followed a career with the international accounting firm, Coopers & Lybrand, specialising in taxation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and public listings.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the International Young Presidents Organisation.

Robert is also a Non-Executive Director of Cromwell Corporation Limited and a member of the Property Council of Australia.

Huw Van Hoffen

Director Finance

Angus JohnsonHuw is a corporate finance professional with extensive international experience in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. As Citimark's Director of Finance, he is responsible for the group's financial operations, including corporate and project finance activities, investment strategies and risk management.

Prior to joining Citimark in Australia, Huw worked as a management consultant, providing corporate finance and strategic planning advice to financial and telecommunications companies in Australia and Asia.

Huw has 12 years of senior management experience in Corporate Finance, Business Development and Strategic Planning with two major international banks: Barclays Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. His most recent role with Barclays Bank was as London-based Head of Strategy and Planning (Africa), responsible for identifying and managing acquisitions and disposals in 12 countries. Prior to that he spent 10 years heading up market-leading Corporate Finance businesses.

Huw holds degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Geoff McWilliam

Director — Residential Land

Angus JohnsonGeoff joined Citimark in 2006 to expand the company's land sub-division activities. He is responsible for the leadership and management of the planning, marketing, development and sales teams on new residential subdivisions and master planned projects.

Geoff has developed and managed master planned communities with residential and commercial components for over 15 years for both major public and private companies including Stockland, Lensworth, Ray Group and Delfin Lend Lease.

Prior to joining Citimark, he was the Project Director for Stockland's award winning, 1,000ha, master-planned community, North Lakes in Brisbane. Other major projects for which Geoff has been responsible include Glemore Park in Western Sydney and Kawana Waters on the Sunshine Coast, Qld.

Geoff holds Master of Built Environment and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. He is a member of the Property Council of Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Libby Mason

Director — Sales and Marketing

Libby Mason Libby has broad sales and marketing experience, with the last 10 years focussed solely on the property industry. She joined Citimark in late 2011 as Director – Sales & Marketing to manage and build on the success of the sales and marketing function for both Citimark and the residential and commercial projects it undertakes.

She leads a talented team of sales and marketing professionals and is responsible for managing the product development, branding, marketing and sales programs for Citimark’s projects. Libby also plays an integral role in the research, feasibility, project management and financing processes.

In her previous role, Libby managed Waves Resorts, corporate owners and managers of 4 to 5 star residential and tourist accommodation, specialising in apartments and hotels/motels. During this time she created the company’s sales division, Waves Realty Pty Ltd, which facilitated apartment sales in Waves’ managed properties. Libby also managed the sales and marketing activities for other companies within the Group that were focussed on the investment and project management of mixed use projects (incorporating retail, commercial, and hotel, resort/condominium components).

Since beginning in the property industry, Libby has worked for PRD Nationwide in both their residential and project marketing divisions, on projects such as Multiplex’s Portside Wharf, Pradella’s Roma Street Parklands and W4 at Teneriffe for the Pearson Property Group. She was also a Project Marketing Manager on Stockland’s award winning North Lakes project.

Libby studied Commerce at Bond University and holds a Diploma of Multimedia. She has held real estate sales and property management qualifications and owns a residential management rights operation in Brisbane. Libby is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and the UDIA's Women in Development Group.

Jonathan King

Director — Commercial Development

Jonathan KingJonathan is a well known Queensland property identity with over 25 years industry experience. He joined Citimark earlier this year and is responsible for building the company’s commercial, industrial and retail development portfolio.

For the last 20 years, he established and managed highly successful development companies targeting the South East Queensland commercial property market particularly the retail sector. During this time, his company acquired a portfolio of commercial property assets in excess of $170m including the development of prominent sub-regional shopping centres, most completed for pre-committed national tenants.

A strong relationship manager, he has developed and maintained partnerships with national retailers and property identities specializing in retail development portfolios including Coles, Woolworths, ANZ Bank, Target, Macdonalds and 7-Eleven.

Prior to establishing his own property vehicles, Jonathan managed the Project and Commercial Leasing Division for Richard Ellis Brisbane for over 7 years.

He is a member of the Property Council of Australia and the UDIA.

Peter Park

Senior Development Manager

Angus JohnsonPeter has held senior management positions for leading Australian and international construction and development companies. For over 25 years he has had extensive experience in strategic analysis and growth of start-up operations with companies such as Fletcher Constructions, Multiplex and Pradella Group.

While overseas, Peter managed the South East Asian operations of Fletcher Construction achieving significant growth in residential, retail and institutional markets through strategic partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions before moving to the West Pacific to lead the positioning and growth of Fletcher Pacific Constructions in the developing island nations.

Since returning to Australia in 1998, Peter has been responsible for the development management of several landmark developments, including the Imax Theatre at Southbank, Radisson Hotel, Riparian Plaza, Allegro Apartments and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Peter was also heavily involved in the launch of the Multiplex Living residential branding.

Peter is responsible for overseeing the project management and development of Citimark's portfolio.

Peter is a member of the Australian Institute of Builders.

Ashley Nankervis

Senior Development Manager — Residential Land

Angus JohnsonAshley has over 20 years development, construction and general management experience in government, public and private entities. Appointed as Citimark's Senior Development Manager – Residential Land, he oversees the management, planning and construction of Citimark's residential subdivisions and master planned projects.

Most recently, Ashley was the Senior Development Manager with Investa Property Group responsible for the company's overall Queensland Residential Development business. This included the 88ha $136m Bellflower and the 353ha $1.3b Palmview projects on the Sunshine Coast. His role also encompassed joint venture management of the Investa Enhanced Fund and active involvement in all Queensland residential disposal and acquisition opportunities.

Ashley has also held senior development and management positions with Stockland on the Sunshine Coast and the former Lensworth Group as well as Caloundra City Council and Connell Wagner Engineers.

He holds a Masters of Engineer Science (Civil) from the Queensland University of Technology; a Bachelor of Engineering from Swinburne University; and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the UDIA and Institute of Engineers Australia.

Vivian Cheng

Financial Controller

Angus JohnsonVivian brings over 15 years of finance experience across land development, property investment and funds management to Citimark. Strategically focussed with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, Vivian is responsible for Citimark's cashflow management, tax advice and settlement of land and building parcels.

Most recently, Vivian was Financial Controller for Chesterton International (Qld), responsible for rebuilding the finance division and managing resources to enable the expansion of the business. Prior to that she was Financial Controller for Gascoine Group – a well established group in the commercial property and farming industry. In this role, Vivian took over the company secretary duties for 9 entities from 3 external accountants.

Vivian holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia. She is a Certified Practising Accountant, a Fellow Member of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Member of the National Tax and Accountants' Association.

Elisa Castellani

Sales and Marketing Manager

Angus JohnsonElisa has extensive property and marketing experience through roles both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her end to end sales and marketing experience has been developed over 10 years in a variety of marketing and property industry positions.

At Citimark, Elisa is responsible for managing project sales channels and relationships, as well as developing strategic marketing programs for various projects across the Group, including the 330 lot Emmadale Gardens residential estate in Gladstone.

Prior to joining Citimark in 2010, Elisa spent two years in a strategic marketing communications role for a major property developer in the United Kingdom. In addition to this, she has held sales and marketing positions with property and investment groups in Australia including Walker Corporation and the Spectrum Group of Companies.

Elisa holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Registered Real Estate Salesperson.

Kate Stock

Sales and Marketing Manager

Kate StockKate joined Citimark as Sales and Marketing Manager in November 2011, bringing with her over 10 years of marketing experience. Prior to her appointment at Citimark Kate spent more than 4 years as a Marketing Manager for Aveo, which forms part of FKP, a national ASX listed property group. This role included the concurrent management of marketing activities for 28 retirement villages located across Australia. Prior to 2007 Kate held marketing positions in large organisations such as Westfield and Tabcorp.

At Citimark, Kate is responsible for managing project sales and marketing activities and building customer relationships, as well as developing strategic marketing programs for various projects across the Group.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of The Sunshine Coast and is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute.

Jason Selling

Investment Sales and Marketing Manager

Jason SellingJason has six years of strategic sales & marketing experience undertaking roles in both the FMCG and property industries. He joined Citimark in January 2010 in a retail sales and marketing role and in late 2011 Jason transitioned in to a specialist role focusing on the development and implementation of investment sales channels for many of Citimark’s regional projects.

Prior to joining Citimark, Jason was a Marketing Project Manager at Eagle Boys Pizza where he provided strategic sales and marketing guidance to over 100 stores across Queensland and Northern NSW. In addition to this he has marketing experience within the New Zealand real estate industry.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business from the Auckland University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute.
