Southlink: Lonsdale SA
Citimark heads a consortium which has purchased the 25ha former Mitsubishi Motors Australia's engine plant site in Lonsdale in Adelaide's southern suburbs.
Completed in October 2008, Synergy achieves multiple Australian standards including a 5 Star Green Star (Office v2 - As Built) rating; a 4.5 Australian Greenhouse Building Rating (AGBR); and an A-Grade Property Council of Australia (PCA) standard. The leasing program commenced early 2007 with Laing O'Rourke appointed as the builders. Citimark won a competitive State Government tender to purchase and develop the premium commercial site in 2006.
