This 1.2Ha office and warehouse facility was purpose-built
in 2004 by Citiprime for Australia's leading courier company,
Star Track Express.
The facility adjoins their recently completed 25,000m2
cross-dock loading warehouse, and is situated in the 17Ha
QCL Industrial Estate in the Brisbane suburb of Darra.
Citiprime is a joint venture project between Citimark Properties
and Prime Development Corporation formed in 2000 to develop
17Ha of the QCL Darra Industrial Estate
