In 2004, Queensland Frozen Food Supply (QFFS) opened its
new Queensland head office and state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled
central warehouse at Citiprime's QCL industrial estate in
Darra.
The design and construction deal is part of Stage 3A (10Ha)
of the QCL Darra Estate undertaken by Citiprime - a joint
venture between Citimark Properties and Prime Development
Corporation.
The new facilities include a 5,000m2 purpose-built
refrigerated and dry goods warehouse, 800m2 office
and a chilled (eight degrees) goods receiving and dispatch
area.
