Citimark Properties and Prime Development Corporation
formed Citiprime, a joint venture vehicle to develop 17Ha
of the QCL Darra Industrial Estate.
Citiprime has attracted a number of leading Queensland,
Australian and international companies to the estate including
National Brand Operator, Direct Freight Express; US publicly
listed multinational, Boise Cascade; Australia's largest freight
management company, Star Track Express and Queensland Frozen
Food Supply (QFFS).
The development and construction deals include a 9,500m2
distribution centre and warehouse for Oztrail - a Queensland-based,
world-recognised adventure gear manufacturer and a 3,500m2
printing facility for Hally Labels.
