In 2004, national brand operator, Direct Freight Express,
located its new Queensland head office and central warehouse
in Citiprime's QCL industrial estate in Darra.
Forming the state head office for Direct Freight Express,
facilities include a purpose-built high-tech 5,000m2
warehouse, 200m2 office and cross-dock facility
on a 1.3Ha block.
Citiprime is a joint venture project between Citimark Properties
and Prime Development Corporation formed in 2000 to develop
17Ha of the QCL Darra Industrial Estate.
