In 2003, Citiprime completed a purpose-built 9,000m2
headquarters and a state-of-the-art distribution centre for
the US publicly listed multinational, Boise Cascade.
This new facility is situated the QCL Industrial Estate in
the Brisbane suburb of Darra. Citiprime is a joint venture project between Citimark Properties
and Prime Development Corporation formed in 2000 to develop
17Ha of the QCL Darra Industrial Estate.
