Emmadale Gardens: Gladstone QLD
Emmadale Gardens is a 330-lot parkland community in a high growth area of Queensland's mining and port city, Gladstone. Emmadale Gardens is a community based on sustainable design principles, offering an affordable, high quality land opportunity surrounded by nature-rich surrounds, open spaces and community lakes.
50% of vacant land sales in Gladstone in 2009 were in Emmadale Gardens. Citimark was attracted to the 37-hectare site due to Gladstone's shortage of land, increasing population, LNG pipeline of projects, and New Auckland's excellent growth potential (due to the completion of the major Kirkwood Road extension). Residents will enjoy a much-reduced travel time to just about anywhere in Gladstone. The region's huge pipeline of projects is expected to fuel strong growth over the coming decade with LNG production scheduled for 2014. Potential LNG projects totalling at least $40billion over the next five years could help create more than18,000 new jobs
The project has been developed in approximately 8 stages with Stages 1-5 now sold out.
