One of Brisbane's first urban renewal projects, Citimark
completed the conversion of the former 2.7Ha Carlton and United
Breweries site in the inner-city suburb of Fortitude Valley
into a vibrant integrated residential, commercial and retail
centre.
The centre includes the 3,500 m2 Carlton &
United Queensland and Northern Territory headquarters building;
a seven-level complex of 81 serviced apartments; ,a two-storey
retail centre; a prestige 183-apartment project; restaurant
strip and commercial offices.
