Citimark acquired a 7,300m2 site at Beenleigh prominently
located on the new Beenleigh ring road and adjacent to the
Beenleigh Central bus/rail interchange.
Stage 1 of the development is a 1,350m2 state-of-the-art Centrelink facility which Citimark successfully bid for through a competitive Commonwealth Government tender.
Stage 2A comprising of an 800m2 Commercial Centre is fully leased with 25 car parks.
