Synergy: Kelvin Grove Brisbane

Heralding a prestigious new benchmark in commercial architecture, Synergy is only 1.5 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD in the thriving, expanding commercial-creative precinct of Kelvin Grove Urban Village. Citimark commenced construction on the 15,000m², 6 level office complex in July 2007.

Completed in October 2008, Synergy achieves multiple Australian standards including a 5 Star Green Star (Office v2 - As Built) rating; a 4.5 Australian Greenhouse Building Rating (AGBR); and an A-Grade Property Council of Australia (PCA) standard. The leasing program commenced early 2007 with Laing O'Rourke appointed as the builders. Citimark won a competitive State Government tender to purchase and develop the premium commercial site in 2006.

Synergy was a finalist in the Urban Development Institute of Australia Queensland Awards for Excellence in 2009.
