Fully leased prior to project completion in November 2006, Citimark purchased the former Magistrates Court Building for
$7 million in 2005.
Following a comprehensive refurbishment, Citimark sold the building via an extremely competitive tender campaign. Tenants comprise a mix of government and private companies. The A-Grade building returns $3.3 million net on a fully leased basis.
